Cancellation Policy

MPS:Media Paradigm Solutions, LLC offers the following terms pertaining to it's order cancellation policy:

If you are not completely satisfied after 30 days you are entitled to a refund of 110% of the development costs. Costs associated with development of the website such as stock photography, programming or website design templates are non-refundable. In the event of a refund you will forfeit all rights to the website design. Refund only applies to website packages hosted on MPS's servers.

To request a refund you must notify MPS:Media Paradigm Solutions, LLC in writing via certified letter sent to:

Your certified letter must be postmarked within 30 days of the websites final approval and delivery date.  To qualify for the above mentioned 110% guarantee your website must be hosted on MPS:Media Paradigm Solutions, LLC's web servers.

Priority Support Cancellation Policy

Priority support is billed on a month-to-month basis unless a prepaid Quarlerly, Semi-Annually, or Annual term is chosen.  Cancellation must be made by talking to, and confirming with your assigned Account Executive no later than 7 calendar days from your next billing date.  Prioirty support will remain for the previous paid support period.  Pro rated refunds will not be given, this includes Quarerly, Semi-Annual, and Annual prepaid support agreements.

Website Design Package Service Deposit and Refund Policy

An initial service deposit of 50% of the total project price will be paid via PayPal.com, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express) or Business Check. The final payment of the remaining 50% balance will be due upon project completion before delivery of website to client hosting account. If the client halts work and applies for a refund within 30 days of the initial service deposit payment, MPS:Media Paradigm Solutions, LLC will bill for work completed at the hourly rate stated in the signed Service Agreement, and deducted from the initial payment, the balance of which shall be returned to the client. If, at the time of the request for refund, work has been completed beyond the amount covered by the initial payment, the client shall be liable to pay for all work completed at the hourly rate stated in the signed Service Agreement. No portion of the initial payment will be refunded unless written application is made within 30 days of signing in the Service Agreement.

MPS:Media Paradigm Solutions, LLC hourly rate and project expenses shall be billed at project completion. If paying by check, you agree that should your bank return your check for any reason, you will be liable for any additional fees incurred by MPS:Media Paradigm Solutions, LLC. You further agree that should your bank return your check(s), for any reason, MPS:Media Paradigm Solutions, LLC will charge you a $30.00 fee and you will be responsible for payment in full upon notification by your bank, and/or MPS:Media Paradigm Solutions, LLC.
